By placing an order with us, you

Delivery;
All items are sent via Royal Mail Parcel Force
or courier service, and include sufficient insurance. In the
unlikely event of non-receipt, a full refund / replacement
will be made via the courier.
Back Orders;
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will inform you
as soon as possible (by either phone, email or post), giving the option of
waiting for a specific time period or accepting a full refund or
alternative item. If payment has been
received from you for an item we cannot supply, we will contact you to
offer the choice of - waiting for an agreed period of time, a refund, or an alternative
product..
Complaints;
In the unlikely event of you wishing to make a complaint about
any aspect of our service to you, please use our 'Contact
Us' page to send your complaint. We will do our utmost to reach a
satisfactory resolve for all concerned.
Returns;
If you feel the need to return any item to us, you must first
obtain a 'Returns Number'. This can be obtained by contacting
us. Please note, if you wish to return an item for a similar reason
to "I have changed my mind", you will be responsible for all
postage costs.
Privacy Policy;
We
endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal
information. We will never pass on any of your details to any
third parties. You will not be added to any mailing lists, except
for ours (from which you can request immediate removal).
Disclaimer;
Wentor will not be held responsible for any errors
within this website. Such errors may include, but are not limited to,
typos and misprints. All sizes given are estimates and colours detailed
may vary.
Distance Selling;
All internet, and mail order sales, in the UK are governed by the 'Distance
Selling Act of 2000'. This act stipulates that the buyer has 7 working
days (excluding weekends) in which to return the goods sold to them. If
the goods are faulty, we formally agree to collect the goods
at our own expense. If the goods are not faulty and are returned, the
buyer will be responsible for cost of the items carriage. This
disclaimer in no way affects your statutory rights.
