payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal, Cheque, Cash, or Postal Orders.
How
much is delivery?
Delivery is included in the product pricing.
How
are deliveries made?
All orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Depending on the
size of your order, it will be sent via First Class,
Recorded, or Special Delivery.
If
I order today, when can I expect my goods to arrive?
Delivery is usually within 3 working days, but please
allow up to 7 days. If you are in a rush for any items,
please let us know and we will do our best to get your order
to you sooner.
What
about returns?
In the unlikely event that any of your items are faulty,
simply return them to us within 28 days and we will offer a
replacement or full refund.
Is
a warranty included?
All items come with a manufacturers warranty, which has
a minimum term of 12 months.
